Maurice Philogene is a Managing Partner at Quattro Capital, bringing a unique blend of military service, global business leadership, and real estate experience to the firm’s investor community. Over his 25-year career, Maurice has served as a U.S. Air Force Lieutenant Colonel and Federal Agent, worked as a senior executive at Accenture, and served as a street patrol officer. Each role has shaped his deep commitment to service, discipline, and personal integrity.

His passion for real estate was born from a desire to create passive income and lasting freedom. He now helps others do the same by providing access to time, location, and financial flexibility through multifamily investing. Maurice is actively invested in more than 2,100 multifamily units across the country, focusing on helping others build wealth and live life on their own terms.
