With a background in aerospace engineering and global operations, Chad worked with NASA, GE Aviation, and GE Renewable Energy. His experience in high-performance systems, international strategy, and complex negotiations allows him to bring clarity and confidence to every investment decision.

At Quattro, Chad leads the sourcing and execution of new acquisitions while guiding investors toward long-term financial growth. He is also the host of the Real Estate Runway Podcast, where he shares market insights, expert interviews, and real-world lessons for building passive income.
