Brandon Thornberry is the Owner/Operator of UrbanGate Capital. Prior to starting UrbanGate Capital, Brandon spent 13 years acquiring and renovating single family homes. The skills developed during this time have been brought forward into the multifamily space in finding opportunities, envisioning the value-add potential, and executing on the value-add plan.
Before real estate, Brandon was a Tour Manager for Contemporary Christian Music Artists, spending 125 days per year traveling the US and Canada.
UrbanGate Capital focuses on identifying emerging markets and investing in the path of progress.

Amongst other businesses they own Peace Valley Growth, a commercial real estate investment company that concentrates on value-add commercial multifamily opportunities. Brian & Donna bring 30 plus years of entrepreneurial experience offering unique professional skills and expertise that combine to produce strong levels of capabilities and insight. In the past, Brian owned Blackburn Forklift, a heavy industrial equipment repair company. Donna continues to own, direct, and serve many families in a childcare facility.

Stacy Buck has spent her career working in end-of-life care. She is a founding member of Embrace Hospice, serving over 5,000 families in the Texas Hill Country since 2014. Stacy’s real estate experience includes flipping houses, short term rentals, wedding venues, single family rentals, and most recently the multifamily space. Stacy is passionate about creating and restoring spaces for families to call home. As a Quattro Capital Alliance partner, she brings the power of acquisitions to the portfolios of investors.
Ryan Buck has spent 20 years serving as a San Antonio Firefighter/Paramedic and Hazmat Specialist. His real estate ventures have included flipping houses, short term rentals, wedding venues, single family rentals, and most recently multifamily endeavors. He felt an instant connection with the Quattro Team because of their genuine hearts to help and serve those around them. Ryan adds value to the team with his extensive experience in construction and his passion for numbers. Underwriting, asset management, and due diligence are his strengths.
